WWE oficjalnie potwierdziło kolejną walkę w karcie TLC. Generalny Manager 205 Live - Drave Maverick ogłosił, że Buddy Murphy będzie bronił WWE Cruiserweight Championship w starciu z Cedriciem Alexandrem. Będzie to rewanżowe starcie za galę WWE Super Show-Down w Australii, gdzie Murphy właśnie od Alexandra przejął pas mistrzowski.
